yup, your basically renting the game... despite the pathetic length of the game, they shot themselves in the foot with the DRM, amd EA has plenty of money to throw to keep this up a couple more rounds before getting the message.
I was kind of hoping they wouldn't mention that 'pirates win this round' because im sick of hearing it.
Oh, and I'll get it once it's on steam on a weekened deal like 75% off. lol
Ya, the only way Ea would listen is by an actual boycott. For some reason I doubt thats gonna happen.
Whats with the hostility between you to? Really, Rob, calm down..
I went out and was excited and about to drop $50 bones when I heard about the DRM I said f*ck that. A friend soon after gave me a pirated version of the game saying he's not dealing with that shyt.
So they obviously don't value my money or my friends money and think we're not worth the crowd. Sadly my favorite titles exist from both Blizzard and EA Games. I might just have to start migrating away from them with these activation limits. Games to me aren't worth it if you can't play them as many times as you want too.
I personally reinstall my operating systems probably once every 6 months. I like the fresh feeling. EA is greedy and dumb if they think their going to "win" people over with their titles. Unless your a gaming addict that's rich and can afford buying the game 5 times then join the revolt!
