Full version already available?

Is the full version Win8 already available?
The one you can use to install Win8 from scratch, without Win7 or whatever to upgrade with?
And...not the oem license but the full license for 1 system only, so that I am free to change any processor and/or mainboard as please?
I can not find it everywhere, not even online...or am I just too stupid to find it?

All I see is only the upgrade version :(

There is no retail version any more. Some of the license terms from the retail editions were merged with the OEM/System Builder license. OEM is the only full version copy available now, though it is cheaper than the retail Windows 7 versions were, so I wouldn't complain myself.

The OEM license now has similar (if not exactly the same) transfer rights as the retail version from Windows 7. The OEM version of Windows 8 will be around $100, and Windows 8 Pro will be around $140-$150. Make sure you see these prices when searching around. If you see physical boxed copies advertised at $69.99, you are more than likely getting the Upgrade version. Some retailers (such as Best Buy) in both Canada and the US are not specifying exactly what the end user is buying, so do double check before making a purchase.

@The_Prophecy:
First, thanks for the fast answer.

Only OEM?
I guess I ain't buying Win8 for now, I ain't buying another Win8 for my current Q6600+P5EX38...if this baby is broken and I have to buy new mobo and proc, then I have to buy another copy of Win8...that is stupid and will be just wasting my money..

I will keep my good old Win7 for now....I ain't friend of upgrade copies, if you ask why I always bought retails versions although they are expensive...I have to be able to install OS from scratch without installing something else first..

Please correct me if I understood it wrong, understanding the OEM stuffs, I mean

Read more carefully this time :)

The OEM license for Windows 8 has the same transfer rights as retail copies of Windows 7 (meaning you can move it one time to another PC that you personally own). Just remember that you are required to purge it from the old system as well, or you violate the terms of the license.

Edit: Excerpt from the site above:

Can I transfer the software to another computer or user? You may transfer the software to another computer that belongs to you. You may also transfer the software (together with the license) to a computer owned by someone else if a) you are the first licensed user of the software and b) the new user agrees to the terms of this agreement. To make that transfer, you must transfer the original media, the certificate of authenticity, the product key and the proof of purchase directly to that other person, without retaining any copies of the software. You may use the backup copy we allow you to make or the media that the software came on to transfer the software. Anytime you transfer the software to a new computer, you must remove the software from the prior computer. You may not transfer the software to share licenses between computers. You may transfer Get Genuine Windows software, Pro Pack or Media Center Pack software only together with the licensed computer.

Yes, but that was OEM Win 7, as long as the board was the same model (replacing the one that died). I said OEM copies of 8 have the same transfer rights as retail copies of 7. You can move it once to a new PC that you own and not have to buy another license.

So no windows 8 pro then, only if its an OEM machine, so all the versions you buy in a shop are upgrade only then.
Well you learn something new everyday. Thanks Prophecy for keeping us right on the facts. Its good to know.
