Is this only while gaming?
Does it also happen while the computer is sitting idle?
Does it also happen while running a load like Folding@Home GPU + CPU client?

What are your CPU and GPU temperatures?
Does the computer perform a full shutdown, or does it just lose power and reboot?

Check your RAM timings and frequency, ensure you set them so they match the specifications on the RAM stick label through the BIOS.

Ensure all your drivers are updated and from the manufaturer!

As an initial guess, I'd say that your computer's power supply is not supplying enough power.

Happened once when watching youtube.

Usually, if the temperatures are normal, the first component to suspect is the power supply. Try borrowing one and test.
