ok here is the thing i just bought my pc

and it does the job well

i do alot of gamming and rendring on this pc

but the thing i hear is

if ur rendering u should have bought a nvidia card and intel processor

i know i screwed

but in my college the still use like intel i3 with integrated gpu

and they still render alot of shit in maya

they still use pentium 4 for flash etc

they use intel celeron with a 512 mb gpu --.-- build 2008 for photoshop / illustrator / corel draw

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
and i do all that stuff on my pc
so i dont think my pc is bad at gamming or rendring
so whats all the brag about ? ??
Dont worry your pc is great lol youll be fine. That is AMD's fastest processor and I would imagine that rendering would be where it shines most due to having 8 threads...maybe others can confirm my thoughts. And as for gaming youve got nothing to worry about there either...
Your rig will do just fine. I have two AMD FX rigs and they both are able to keep up with my i5 3570K GTX 670 rig with no problems at all. I believed all the hype about the i5 3570K so my 2013 rig was based on that. I have since found out that my AMD FX-8350 is able to keep up with this rig in everything I have played with out fail. Really I did not need to build a intel rig at all but I have already spent the money so here I am with a rig that performs on par with what I already had several months ago!
