I overclocked my system recently. My intel e8400 now going 3.8ghz I topped my gtx 260 core 216 a bit everything seems fine and stable but my pc makes a click sound it can come once a day or twice an hour. I suspect its coming from rams. I had issues with my corsair dominator ddr2 rams before. But it seems ok now. So the clicking is similar to the one when I turn my pc on.
Could it be my HDD if so how to identify which one as I have 3 of them and a recently installed SSD.
Can it be because HDD's park their heads? one drive is WD Green 1TB and other 2 are SEA Barracuda 1TB and the same 500GB And 500GB works louder and hotter than the identical 1TB. Why?
