Samsung 840 vs. 840 Pro

I'm in the market for a new SSD for a budget gaming build and I'm wondering if there will be any real-world performance differences between the Samsung 840 and its Pro brother. I think those are two of the best budget and performance SSDs out there. Of course if you guys have other suggestions feel free to post them, so long as you can provide evidence. Also, I'm looking at the 250/256 GB models. Any advice you guys have would be great. Thanks in advance

same here, yes 840 pro is twice as fast in write over the 840
840 pro also has longer waranty and better NAND chips
i have the 840 120GB in my server and 840 pro 256GB in my gaming rig
