I am planning to buy an extremely cheap laptop and upgrading it. I do not want to just buy a good laptop. I want a cheap one and I will upgrade it so performance is optimal. I want to upgrade the processor, RAM, and graphics if possible. Here is the laptop I had my eye on.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

P.S: Try and spend less than $500 for upgrading.

You can't upgrade the CPU or GPU in hardly any laptops. They are almost always soldered to the board, and the cooling design is for that hardware config. The ones you can upgrade are EXPENSIVE, the upgrade parts are EXPENSIVE and VERY limited part choices.

If you want a laptop you buy it with the parts/performance you want and expect it to be completely outdated in a few years.

You want to upgrade or have long system life and good performance at a sane price then you need a desktop.
