I would suggest a quality 500watt power supply from the top three tiers on this list.

I'll second Rick's recommendation, that list is a great resource, and anything from tier 1-3 will make you very happy.
Also, an APU is a CPU all the same, it'll support any graphics card. just make sure to plug your display cable into your new graphics card instead of the motherboard ports!
