Upgrading from GeForce 9100

Hi, I own a HP p6214y desktop but the geforce 9100 is just holding me back from getting decent fps even at low-medium settings on games like Arma. I am thinking about getting this:

I am worried about compatibility. Will it work? If it does how, powerful will my psu have to be?

An Athlon would most likely hold back the performance of the GTX 660, so I'd suggest something like the 7770 or 650.

You'll undoubtedly need a new PSU that can handle the upgrade. Otherwise, it should be compatible.

Also, it's likely that your CPU can be a bottle-neck in some gaming situations for that card. It won't break compatibility nor will it stop the upgrade from being worth-while, but it may mean that you don't get as much of a performance boost as you could get with a new system.

Also just throwing out there, if you're talking about ARMA III, it's still in alpha. As far as I know, all computations are being done on the CPU, and pretty much nobody is getting more than 40 fps.

My i5-3570k and GTX 670 will get about 40fps on ultra and about 25fps on low. (No, that's not a typo, it's a normal issue.)
