An Athlon would most likely hold back the performance of the GTX 660, so I'd suggest something like the 7770 or 650.

Also, it's likely that your CPU can be a bottle-neck in some gaming situations for that card. It won't break compatibility nor will it stop the upgrade from being worth-while, but it may mean that you don't get as much of a performance boost as you could get with a new system.
 
Also just throwing out there, if you're talking about ARMA III, it's still in alpha. As far as I know, all computations are being done on the CPU, and pretty much nobody is getting more than 40 fps.

My i5-3570k and GTX 670 will get about 40fps on ultra and about 25fps on low. (No, that's not a typo, it's a normal issue.)
