oki well my mobo is a MSI LGA1155/Intel H61/DDR3/A&GbE/MicroATX Mobo well what would be some good ram for it this is a new build im looking for 8gbs and does bufferd or non buffered matter thanks

Yes. Even if you use the memory I linked, 1866, it will just downclock to 1333mhz unless you set it in BIOS/UEFI to go higher.

oki well my mobo takes up to 1333mhz so i can have either as long as its 1333mhz
