I want to overclock my Acer aspire laptop but I can't see any options for CPU or anything in the bios...just the system information etc etc..any way to gain acess to the full bios.?..or some software that can enable overclocking.??

Laptops are not meant to be overcloked. No matter what you do you won't get anything with that, you can only kill it.
Your cooling system is just enough for stock temperatures. Overcloking will provide more heat which your system can't handle.
