May i suggest getting a Seasonic or Corsair power supply, either one of these brands offer good quality psu's.
Everything else looks good.

I would get a bigger HDD because 320GB goes quick. I have just in Games over 450GB of game files not including the saved games files. I suggest a 500GB minimum.

I recommend getting a Seasonic Corsair power supply to provide high-quality power supply, regardless of brand. Everything looks good.

out of the two you listed I would do the first one (thermaltake). I'm not sure if you can get them but what about Antec. They have great quality and reliable PSU's also.

your major brands consist of Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Cooler Master. any one of these brands are good.

CPU: AMD FX 6300
MoBo: Asrock 970 Extreme3
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHZ 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition -> Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 GHZ 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition
Memory: Kingston HyperXGenesis 8GB
Memory: WD 320GB -> WD 500GB
PSU: Cougar SL600W -> XFX Core edition pro 550W

Go for the 7850 better value card - you just saved $70 that you can now use to get a 500g or 1TB HDD.

I agree with the rest of the chat about ur psu though dont go with the cougar i said get the XFX 550W cause its a decent psu and not too pricey, but you can check out others aswell (recommended Seasonic, Corsair, Coolermaster, Raidmax).

the Raidmax PSU's you need to be very careful about what one you get. they are mostly of low quality and i never recommend them even though I have one myself. what does that say? ( my second gaming machine has an Antec 650W PSU in it.)
