More about gpu
  1. If those 3 are your only choices, go with the 1GB DDR5.

The size of RAM doesnt really matter on graphics cards but the speed and bandwidth of it.
  2. AMD 6850 should do you, I would have thought.
  3. Best answer

Dont go with ddr3, go with 1 gb ddr5 as thats enough for what u are using. Any card u buy will bottleneck but based on what u are going to play get the hd 7750, i am not sure about nvidia but just have a look, they might be offering something better for the cost. Even a gt 610 will suffice ur need.

I doubt GT 610 will do. GTA 4 is a resource hog. It will chew whatever hardware you could throw.
That Pentium Dual core will bottleneck HD 7750.
I suggest upgrade CPU+GPU+MB :P else getting ready for unbalanced setup !

The resolution he mentioned is 800x600 and minimum settings, a gt 610 is enough for that. But i will suggest that atleast spend enough to get a hd 7750(sapphire is recommended). It will bottleneck but u can buy it now and get a new cpu later when u have the funds to buy one.
