How to fix lag????

I have veryyyy laggyyy resident evil 4 and i havent got any graphics settings to make somethings on low soo i have the euro version 1.1.0 and it lags like a sh*t because of that stupid shadow effects and other effects pls replz fast i want to play it pls pls pls i ll be very thankyoufull if you help.

There are a apparently few tweakable parameters in the SetupTool.ini file which resides in the install directory
You can change the screen resolution there for example.

Unfortunately there are no easy graphics settings to change, this game was a poor console port :-/

A Celeron CPU at 1.8 ghz is good enough to play solitaire and that is about it. Celeron CPU's have practically no on board cache which is what makes them a budget processor. The HDD is also way to slow as is I suspect is the GPU. That is a very limited machine and even on the lowest possible settings a game like that will not be a joy to play.

motherboard -gigabyte g 31
processor-intel core 2due 2.8 E7400
ram - 4gb DDR2
GPU-Sapphie readon hd 7730
my psu was with casing it has 450 wat
my all games lags..
when i start the game there is 55-60 fps
but when i start a mission it falls to 15-25
it happens every time

Hi this is an old thread but whatever, what games are you playing? That 7730 seems very weak dude, I mean don't try to play on high and hope more than 30~ fps (and I'm optimistic)

i play games in low
for example when i start fifa 14 in low graphic game is in 60 fps bt when i start a match after 20 min (in 5 min match) it starts to lag

Maybe some heating issues or CPU/GPU peaks?
