which would you choose?
Asus GTX670 4MB
Evga GTX680 overclocked 2MB

I was sure of buying EVGA's 680 then I noticed that I've overlooked its video memory. The ASUS has 4GB with more features, better cooling system and minimum noise at about the same price: equivalent to $541.usd for asus, $601 evga. Lol dang right.. money burner. Unfortunately the two noticeably cost more in my country. I'm not really good at this so, in overall comparison, which one of them would be a better choice?

Planning to pair the card with asus P8Z77-V pro or Maximus V Extreme. advice?

670 is far better value for money, the 680 is considerably more expensive and only 10-15% faster. Also since the 670 you are looking at has a better cooler I wouldn't be surprised if you could OC it to be faster than an the 680 you are looking at, because with that cooler it will be (assuming you care about noise) louder than you'd like after a decent overclock, so you might be deterred from running it like that.

Also if you are at 1080p 4GB is useless, save cash and go for 2GB.
