I would go with the Rosewill for the simple fact it has USB 3.0 front panel connectors. If your motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 header currently, at some point in the future you will upgrade the MB that does have the 3.0 headers and you want have too upgrade the case again. Just my opinion.
