I will be using UDK for game development, and I am wondering what the best build there is for mini-iTX. I already have the BitFenix Prodigy case. I will only pay a little over $1,000. Thanks for all help in advance!

The xeon is the i7 without the on die gpu, that motherboard supports it : http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4338
Since you'll have a good card for those tasks, you don't need the igpu.
