Seriously give thought to an SSD for booting if you can work it. Outside that It should do you just fine. I'd try to up to PSU slightly myself but that's more personal preference as I tend to keep my PSU's for a long time and add more components.
 
I wouldn't bother upping it beyond say an Antec VP-450. That build is not going to consume all that much power what with a graphics card that maybe breaks 100W, a CPU that won't even break 50W, and the rest of the system won't break another 50W. We're looking at maybe 50% utilization on either PSU and there's even some room to grow from there along with plenty of buffer from from degradation over time.

I can't argue against considering an SSD. SSD's can be extremely convenient and not just for boot times. Loading times on pretty much everything storage-performance-related are made greatly faster.
