When i right click the and press on a option it gets blue after and freezes

So as you can read on the topic when i right click it gets blue and freezes after why is this happening and its been like this for a few days now
this picture is one of the option that can freeze doesnt have to be just photoshop

What can i do to fix this ?

It seems like a very old computer, can You list like some spec? probably your CPU is running 100% or something similar...

Although there may be a driver issue here, I'm going to first suggest you try a different mouse (if available). Have you installed any new hardware - did this start just after the last windows update?

Dude, change the Windows Scheme... It's what causing the blue highlight... not sure where the freeze came from but have you overclock anything yet? if you haven't then either your HDD is slow or your one of your computer parts is bad
