Hello,
I'm wondering wich motherboard I should purchase to get MS FSX in it's TOP Graphics and Performance.
I have an XFX Power Supply 650 Watts and XFX ATI 7970 Black Edition.

motherboard doesn't really make a difference. more dependent on CPU and GPU. what CPU and motherboard are you currently using?

FSX is one of the few cpu bound games, so concentrate on the best cpu you can afford, and then buy a motherboard that supports it. I might suggest a 3570K and most any Z77 based motherboard.

64 Bit Win 7
SSD Corsair
M/B :: AsRock Z77 Pro 4

is it a good MB ( AsRock Z77 Pro 4 ) or should I go to the Sabertooth or Formula V Gaming ?! or Gigabyte !!!

With a 3770(non K) you will not need an expensive motherboard since you will not be able to overclock.
Any socket 1155 motherboard will do.
I might suggest a B75 based motherboard like the ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS

your motherboard is fine. you wouldn't get any benefit by changing it.

What about OverClock !?

your cpu doesnt support an overclock. your motherboard does, but you can't, because of your cpu. if you want an oc, you need to get a "K" chip, and upgrade your cooler.
