I currently have an EVGA GTX 660ti FTW+ edition, and I just realized that I could take advantage of their step up program, but what EVGA GPU offers the best performance for my dollar? My card is priced at $359.99 and I'll have to pay $20 for the extended warranty (a requirement for using the step up program with my GPU). Is it best to upgrade my card now, save my money and wait until the 700's come out, or hold out a couple weeks to see if nvidia miraculously releases the 700's, and then upgrade to one of those? Also, does anyone have any info as to when the 700's will actually be released? If you think I should upgrade my card now, please recommend cards in a few different price brackets; the new card will cost its price, minus $340 (cost of my card, minus the warranty). Thanks for any help and advice!

The 700's won't be here in the next couple weeks. I suggest saving your money if your satisfied with your performance. If you are not your only left with a couple options stock or OCd...gtx 670 (plus another 100 dollars approx) or 680 (+200)...titan is to much $$ for the performance. That or go SLI. Two gtx 660ti beat a 680 easy or match a gtx titan.

Erm... I'm pretty certain that the Step Up program only works if you're upgrading to new tech, NOT upgrading within the series.

In fact, I'm pretty certain it says that in bold on the first page of its explanation.

No as long as your GPU is an upgrade its ok. Just no GTX 660 ti for a GTX 660 ti SSC. GTX 660ti to gtx 670 ok.

I've looked through it, and I don't see anywhere where it states that you can't use it for this exact purpose http://www.evga.com/support/stepup/ maybe there's something I missed, but it doesn't blatantly say so anywhere on the page, and if this were true, why would they have even allowed the 600's in this program?
