I contracted malware (Disk Anti virus) so I downloaded SpyHunter 4 to remove it. Turns out that it is related. I removed them both with MalwareBytes. I deleted Spyhunter after running MalwareBytes and I ran a software conversion program, Spyhunter asked to block a program (not saying that it is my good program, I saw Spyhunter and thought that it was trying to reinstall itself, so I blocked it. Now I cant open my good program. How do I unblock the good program since I no longer have Spyhunter installed ( but I DO still get pop-ups from them to register!) Help!

It sounds like Spyhunter is not completely gone if you are still getting popups. There are other on-demand anti-virus scanners you can run in addition to MalwareBytes, run multiple products in an attempt to clean your system. Worst case you'll have to back up your data files, format your drive and install Windows from scratch. I'm not up to speed on the best on-demand free anti-virus scanners, I think Trend Micro has a good one, others can help you better with that. But it's clear to me that your system is not clean yet.

Thanks for the response, but the actual question is: How do I reactivate a program that I accidentally blocked? Would uninstalling it then reinstalling it work? Thanks

If the port the program is using is being blocked by either your software firewall or the hardware router, then re-installing it will make no difference. However, if some software is just blocking the program as a program, then re-installing it might work. It's worth a try if you've run out of other things to try.

I had also accidentally blocked eclipse then i tried following ---
Unstall spyHunter from start menu option, then
changed autorization rights for the blocked program(change permission to full control ) for current user.
Clear temp folder.
In windows 7...
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Malwarebytes\
remove "Malwarebytes" folder. Restart ur system, then try to start the blocked program.

It worked for me..
