If you've converted your hotmail to the outlook that Microsoft is pushing. It's done and can't/won't be converted back. They are transitioning everyone over to the new look/service. Plus it asks you. "would you like to convert to outlook blah blah." Then gives you the option "yes" and "no". (I have hotmail and ran across this several times) Very important to read what you click on instead of just always saying yes.
