please do tell, if you have any better ideas, suggestions or recommendations.
 
Solution
Corsair , Antec , seasonic , PC power and Cooling , are usually better . To be fair the psu you have listed is 80+ rated and has the spec sheet that suggests its OK

Heat spreaders are metal plates that help cool the RAM chips
Assuming you are gaming
drop the RAM to 2 x4 gig . Thats more than enough .But make it better quality with heat spreaders .

CM power supplies are often pretty poor quality , but I dont know that particular model

If you plan on overclocking the processor you need a 3570K

get a larger monitor . It makes gaming so much more immersive . 24 inch

and what are those heat spreaders?

ofc im planning to overclock the cpu, just a typo
