Updating System and Would Love your Advice on Mobo, Etc. - Budget Gaming

I am currently running an Athlon 64 X2 5000+ based system and am planning on upgrading.

The computer will be used for VPN remote word processing/work, web surfing and medium-weight gaming on a 21 inch monitor running at 1600x1200 (League of Legends, DayZ Standalone, Guild Wars 2, etc.). I don't need ultra max settings, but would like high settings with respectable frame rates (40+). Here's the plan - tell me where I can improve it!

I am going to sell off my current CPU, GPU (8800gt), Mobo(MSI M2n Deluxe) and Ram (4GB DDR2) and purchase replacements. I can re-use my case and IO drive.

First question - should I purchase a new Hard Drive and a new PSU?

My current HD is --> Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive. It has been running fine. My only concern is - it is about 6 years old. Does that alone mean I should replace it, or should I keep using it?

My current PSU is --> Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply. Is this, in your opinion, in any way outdated? It is still for sale on newegg here:

The PSU is 6 years old also. Based on its age alone, should I replace it, or is that unnecessary since its been running fine?

I don't want to spend more than $130 on a CPU - so as of now I'm planning on purchasing an Ivy Bridge i3 - probably the 3220.

I'd like to limit my budget to 50-80 for a motherboard -> Any advice here would be very helpful as I'm not sure where to go as far as a motherboard. For example, should I future proof and get USB 3.0 and Sata 6.0?

I am looking at this i3 Combo at FRYS which appears to be a great deal:
(Intel Core i3 3240 3.4GHz Processor & MSI H61 Motherboard Combo)

Does anyone see an issue with the Mobo? One concern I have is that its a single slot MICRO ATX and the graphics card I want (below) is a dual slot. Will I have issues fitting the GPU?

Finally, I am looking at purchasing a Radeon 7850 Graphics Card, probably this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004.

As far as RAM, I'll grab 8GB of 1600 mhz.

Thanks for you advice!
