Hi my Corsair 300r case just came in and I notice that their is only 1 standoff screw and this random piece sticking up in the middle of the case where the mother board should be. Plz help me,and explain how I should install my motherboard. THANKS:D I have an ATX asrock z77 MoBo

Solution
It's Corsair's own version of a standoff. It's completely okay to use it. It's to help align your motherboard in the case as well as the i/o panel.

I had the same question with my 600t. Happy building :)
