Hi there I'm planning to build a new PC and I have a few questions about this card. Is this possible to run 2 of this in SLI? If yes then which motherboard would support them? (I think they would need a bigger mobo for their sizes). A 850W power supply would be able to handle 2 GTX680 SO right?

To Ans: Yes you can run 2 of those in SLI, No problem and your PSU is satisfactory as long its a good make/good company (eg. Corsair Silverstone Bequiet Enermax XFX Atec etc). Any SLI supported Motherboard with enough room (its a 3 slot card) can be used no problem, please check the motherboard manufacturer website prior to purchase. Thanks

Thank you for your fast response. Do you mind have a look at the parts I'm thinking to get? I wonder if that mobo(Asus SABERTOOTH Z77) can hold 2 Gigabyte GTX680 SOc...

You should read up on some reviews of the Gigabyte GTX 680 SOC. Most remark that its fans make an annoying high-pitched whiny noise when gaming. Two of those might be a little too noisy for your tastes.
