HELP: I need suggestions/tips for my first build. Thanks (Gaming Specs)

Hi! I'm building my first pc and i'm using it for gaming. Games like BlackOps2 etc.
I read some threads/reviews regarding specs and I plan on getting this:

Asus P8Z77-V Pro
Intel i5-3570K Ivy Bridge
GeForce GTX 660
G.Skill Ripjaw (2x4) - 8Gb
- so is this build good?

I'm not gonna do some overclocking for I don't know how to do it and it looks risky

I want a build that is not expensive.

soo suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Since you are not overclocking, you don't need an unlocked processor. The -k part in 3570k denotes that it is for overclocking. I would recommend getting a H77 motherboard instead of your Z77, and then get either the i5-3570 or i5-3350P. The 3350P is a bit cheaper and a bit slower, however for your games it's more than fast enough. With the money you save, you should upgrade the GTX 660 to the GTX 660ti.

If you are not overclocking, you can save money by getting the i5-3570 paired with a h77 chipset mobo, the K and Z series are for overclocking. I would also For the price of a 660 consider a 7870. Especially since now the price of your cpu and mobo will go down.

so Z and K series are for overclocking but the performance would it still be the same, i want it to be good for years and games require high specs so i want my build to be ready for it

*what h77 mobo would be good?
*intel i5-3570
*GeForce GTX 660Ti what's the diffrence with Ti?

Yes, without overclocking it would have the same performance. this is a popular h77 motherboard

The ti is a little stronger. and more expensive. in most benchmarks the 7870 scores higher then the 660ti, and it is a cheaper price. but if you are stuck on getting nvidia, a 660 ti should do black ops ok.

The motherboard you will not notice any difference in, so choose your favorite. one is micro the other is not. So if you dont need all the extra pci slots micro is fine.
