I have an HP laptop it says is operating officer a 64 bit but everything else is operating in a 32-bit level how can I change it so all my programs run as a 64 bit the 32-bit is causing all my programs to run to slow

64 bit versions of Windows can and do run lots of 32 bit programs and even some parts of the system it self.

This is normal and will NOT hurt performance in any way.

Some programs may have a 64 bit version available for download(updates/patch) if you want, but in general, your system sounds to be running as intended.

Hold on a second. I think you're miss understanding concept. If you have a 64bit computer, you can install and run 32 bit programs. You simply can just change the bit of a program. Most programs are 32 bit simply because a large portion of computers run 32 bit OS. Just because a program is 32 bit doesn't mean it will run slow. I'm going to guess that there is something more to this. What is your computer specs?
