Xonar, onboard, and USB headsets all at the same time

I am looking to find out if it is possible for me to have a headset operating on my Xonar DG dedicated sound card, while also having a USB headset and the onboard HD Asus Audio all running simultaneously. It would be great if I could have one or more headsets in use for my girlfriend or friends to take advantage of while watching movies, etc.

Is there no solution to this? Is it not possible to use more than one audio device at once through different input/outputs? This seems highly unlikely. Anyone?
