Guild wars 2 typically runs fine, until I try to do a dragon or other dynamic event. My frame rate drops to 1, and renders the game unplayable. I have tracked cpu usage, and see little change. I exceed recommended requirements with the exception perhaps of the 2.2 Ghz CPU, but it only calls for a dual core, and I have a quad.

GFX : Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 2GB
HD : (4 total), Windows running on a 500GB Seagate 7200 RPM. (450GB Free)
