So my problem is this, in some games my frame rate drops very very low.I ll explain it here.
In Diablo 3 doesn't matter what video settings i choose (high, low, medium, vsync off/on) in some areas i have like <10 fps, mostly 7.When i'll play alone(with no party) i have like 40-60 fps constantly with drops in some areas to 15-20 fps. When i'm in a party of 3-4 my fps are still 40-60 constantly but they drop in some areas to 7 fps.
Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm , i have like 30-40 fps on ultra settings, 20-30 on high settings, this without making a lot of zerglings :D, if i wake the swarm then my fps get down to 10 , and that's on medium settings too. The same problem i have with Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty where u play terrans and u don't have so many big fights like in the Heart of the Swarm, fps drops to <15 in fights.
Dishonored - in main menu i lag like hell, i mean when i press escape, o boy, i wish i hadn't , and some random freezes in game, but not constantly.
Dota 2, here i have 40 fps constantly when farming, with these settings :Textures - medium, Render Quality - high, Shadows - High, Fog of war - On,vsync -off, the rest are at low/off, and still in fights it brings me down to 15-30 fps, depends on the clash (i'm at work now, i can't remember exactly the settings i have but i'm 90% sure that this are the ones i don't have on low).
I play FarCry 3 at max settings with absolutely no problem at all, both single player and multiplayer. Call of duty - Black Ops 2 the same, max settings with no problems, single and multiplayer.Battlefield 3, again no problem. The main games i'm playing are Dota 2, Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm and Diablo 3 but sometimes, rarely, i play some other games like Bioshock 2, Resident Evil 5, Titan Quest Immortal Throne, Torchlight 2, etc. at max settings with absolutely no problems. The only game who i don't like how is moving is Age of Empires 3 Complete.
I play all the games at 1920X1080 resolution.Diablo 3 and Dota 2 are installed on the SSD, the rest of them on the HDD.With programs/movies got no problem at all.
I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit licensed, with all the updates, i have the last version of Catalyst/video drivers. All my games are original bought from Steam/Battlenet/other sites.I know that my GPU has some compatibility issues with Diablo 3 but with the other games couldn't found anything.I made some benchmarks and some tests. My question is what i did wrong, why do i have low fps in some games, for which clearly i meet the optimal system requirements. If someone got the same problem like me and has a solution please tell.Again i'm sorry if i made grammar mistakes, i tried my best not to( as i said english is not my native language), and sorry for the long post.Thanx in advance, have a nice day !

Here are the tests

SpeedTest - I don't know why my ping is so high, i ll call them today when i'll get home from work( working now :D ), the tests are made last evening at my home.

Second one i made using the Preset Extreme, it apears Custom cause my monitor can't handle 1920X1200 resolution. Here are the settings.

LE : For a strange reason i got this error : To insert a picture or a flash item in your message, you need to be a confirmed member. If you have not done that yet, confirm your email to validate your account. I'm a member for almost two years. So if can someone parse the links into images i'll be grateful.Later, later edit : I edited the thread and let me link the images, strange.
