I don´t want to set the user as a local admin to all computers just to a specific computer. How do I do that?

As long as they are members of the Administrators group (clue is in the name) and the machines have been joined to the domain, you should be gtg ;)  Active Directory Users and Computers on the server is where you need to be, go to properties of the user you want to change, then use the 'Member Of' tab (from memory, might be slightly out on names etc depending on your version of Windows Server)

You need to do this on the specific computer(not AD). Just add the domain user to the local admin group.
