I've asked before about my graphics card issue, and with that resolved I was hoping to find a decent combo at a reasonable price that can be upgraded easily.

I normally use NewEgg for my parts especially individual parts but this time Tigerdirect has some decent combos.

These are what i'm looking at, though since i'm using a Geforce 550ti for now the AMD one is more acceptable. But like i said i am looking to upgrade. Any other combos or individual parts with decent prices are acceptable. Thanks in advance :)

The 6300 is a better amd cpu with a bit more cost but better over all. Those combo deals are put together to move stock out. They bundle a bunch of items together to do this. In many cases adding parts you don't want or need. It is generally less of a headache to buy the individual parts yourself.

That cpu is one of the better fx cpus as well as the 8350

That motherboard i just recently bought and am using it now not a bad one.

Decent memory i have had no problems so far. Total cost? $217.97 Price difference? $17.02

The amd you were looking at? $234.99

As you can see you can play around a bit with components and at times get deals as good as or better then a combo deal. You could get a mobo at $67.01 or under and still be at or lower then the cost of that combo deal. And putting just a bit more and get an even better setup. So no i would not go with a combo deal.
