Hi, I building my first gamer rig and I need help,I don't know much about computers. my budget is 500-700£.

I found a site that I like pc.co.uk (is this site good?)

atm I looking at i5-3570k,hd6870 and 8gb kingston 2400mhz ddr3 ram.

OS will be win7.

I will be surfing web, streaming music, playing Fallout3,WoW,D3,SC2,CoD,BF,Farcry3 and other old and modern games.

at what settings I will be available play?

is this cpu good? is hd6870 capable of running those games ? and is ram enough, or should I go with 4gb 1600mhz?
is 450w psu enough or should I go with 600w?

Will this rig be okay for 2-4 years (just by upgrading gpu).

Cheers.

Solution
This should play most games on high to ultra, as for future games, it's hard to say as we don't know the requirements.

If you want to know what res and fps google for some benchmarks, the 7870 XT is about 90% the power of the 7950 so it's a pretty decent card.
