What is the best RAM for Battlefield 3 ?

My motherboard : H61M-D2P-B3
i got 2 x 2GB RAM
should i buy 2 x 4GB RAM? (how much it costs in dollars?)
or 4 x 2GB RAM ?

My budget : 60 $

You can buy either but if you buy single module it leaves you one slot open for future upgrade (your mobo has only 2 memory slots) when 8gb will not be enough that day you can install another to make the total 16

If you only populate 1 slot of memory, you will hurt performance as it will not run in dual channel mode.
Buy 2 sticks and call it a day.

EDIT : To be able to fully utilize more than 4GB memory you will need a 64Bit version windows. You can check this by right cliking on my computer and then select properties.

Then installing more than 4GB will not bring you much good no matter single channel or duel channel.

Your options : get the 64Bit windows

or just game with the 4GB and see how it goes.

Note with a 7770 4GB seems just fine.

Yes. OP needs 64-bit Windows before they can realize the advantage of anything more than 4GB.

Installing 2 modules will definitely increase the throughput bandwidth. I wouldn't recommend going with a single stick of RAM with either configuration 32 or 64-bit Windows. Stay with 2x2GB if you keep 32-bit Windows and go with 2x4GB if you go with 64-bit Windows. The G-skill Ares kit above has the lowest latency for the 1600MHz speed RAM in your price range.
