Hi there, I just tried to overclock my Athlon ii 640 to 3.6GHz. It successfully booted and runs fine, it's just windows reports it still being at 3Ghz instead of 3.6Ghz, I have a gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 with the latest bios, windows 7 ultimate 64bit, 8GB kingston hyperX blu 1600Mhz ram, 7770 Ghz edition.
Unsure of what's causing this?

P.S - Speccy reports the cpu runs at 3.6GHz, but windows does not?!?!?!
