Is this build, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JuLD or http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JA0Q Better? I'm in favor of the 2nd one due to the better video card, but it has a MicroATX mobo.(Will this cause any differences from a standard ATX mobo?)

The first build has indeed a better motherboard, but i would change the case for the corsair 200R, it's cheaper, the xfx 550 core edition is a better psu, you can find cheaper ram, i would try to get the 7870, here's what i suggest : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JIj6

This will do, included a matx, but this one is better, it can support any fx cpu, and it has 4+1 power phase design with the vrm cooled, it's a good board for the price, lowered the cooler, still it's a good cooler for the price, with the price of the monitor(and a good one) and the 7870.

Yes, it will be lower down to 1333, though, if you check the supported ram in the qvl it says it supports 1600 mhz.
