my game kept crashing recently {guildwars 2}
here is the following msg from them
v=Thank you for the updated information. I have reviewed your Speccy report and it appears that your computers CPU is slightly Over Clocked and your RAM is Under Clocked.

These are the stock core and bus speeds for your CPU:

Stock Core Speed 3066 MHz
Stock Bus Speed 133 MHz
Average Temperature 78 °C <-- This is a little warm, but not terrible

According to Speccy your Cores are running over their Stock speed as seen below:

Core 0
Core Speed 3207.2 MHz <---Slighty Overclocked
Multiplier x 24.0
Bus Speed 133.6 MHz
Rated Bus Speed 2405.4 MHz
Temperature 76 °C

Your RAM has a Max Bandwidth of 667 MHz, this is what it should be running at.

Speccy is showing this:

DRAM Frequency 534.5 MHz <---- Current Ram speed, a bit low

Very interesting instructions they gave you. Had you previously made any modifications to your CPU and/or RAM clock speeds? (Were you, in fact, overclocking at all?)

Go into your BIOS (usually by pressing either F2 or Delete while the PC is booting) and check your settings there. Write down what it says your CPU and RAM settings (speeds, voltages, timings, etc.) are. Next locate/select the option to "Load optimized (or setup) defaults and save and exit (F10). Enter BIOS again as the computer is rebooting and compare the settings. Also compare the settings to what they are specified to be. If there is a difference try running your game again. If not then you either need to manually configure your CPU/RAM settings to manufacturer specs.
