??? HELP ASAP!!! is this BUILD going to work???

MY FIRST BUILD. GOING TO USE THIS BABY FOR MUSIC PRODUCTION. MIGHT DO A LITTLE VIDEO LATER BUT MOSTLY MUSIC, NO GAMING, ONLY POKER MAYBE LOL. I HAVE A TIGHT BUDGET SO I HAD DOWN GRAD MY COOLING SYSTEM TO A FAN AND MY PSU TO A FLINTSTONES CHARACTER!!! LOL BUT I AM GOING TO UPGRADE LATER IN A FEW MONTHS.

- (MOBO) Asus MAXIMUS V GENE Z77 mATX DDR3 Intel LGA 1155 Motherboard
- (CPU) Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K
- (RAM) Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)
- (FAN) Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK- R2)
- (PSU) Seasonic S12II-380Bronze 380W ATX Power Supply
- (SHELL/CASE) AZZA Solano 1000R CSAZ-1000R Full Tower Interior Paint Case (Black/Red)

i found Seasonic 430W SLI ATX12V Power Supply S12II 430 BRONZE is a couple dollars cheaper...not sure why and if i should consider this one over the one listed above...

I REALLY NEED TO MAKE MY PURCHASE A.S.A.P. SO PLEASE, ANY AND EVERY BIT OF FAST ADVICE IS AND WILL BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

lOl sorry about the caps lock issue. i will be getting everything from amazon. and the reason why i chose that mobo was so that i wont limit my performance and or so that i wont restrict myself of any future upgrades. BUt i am a newbie at all this. ive spent about 4 days trying to come up with something that will work. to be honest with you all i still have yet to find out if all this even fit together in this case. but i do got the good feeling that it will. ty

Yes, it will all work. But I advise getting the ASUS P8Z77-V LK for $120 to save yourself some money.

It won't limit performance. It is equal. That MoBo is made rather for more expensive processors such as the 3930K.
how much a difference would it make if i considered the 3930k over the 3570k for music and some video production? and would i still be able to use any of those two psu listed above if i chose the 3930k?

NEVERmind i got the 3770k confused with this way more expensive 3930k. is the 3770k and 3930k compatibe with the cheaper mobo you suggested? and what about compatibility with the psu's above?
