Is my specs from my computer good for high end games?

First off you'd want an i5(3570k), not an i7. It saves you 100 bucks and you only lose hyper-threading which i doubt you would use.

Do you plan to encode video or do anything of that sort? If not just stick with 1155.

Secondly, for a power supply more watts does not equal higher quality, so make sure you choose a good power supply especially if you want to overclock.
