Hey guys, was hoping I could pose a problem I've been having and find a solution for it. Bought a new computer a couple months back for my son who's a big CS:S player. Computer's been working excellently and hasn't had any problems with CS:S. However, about a week ago, he went out and bought himself CS:GO, a somewhat more graphic intensive program. Loading the program is fine, but as soon as you join a server, FPS drops immensely. After messing around with the graphics settings, nothing really helped.

After digging around in the computer settings, I realized that even though the AMD HD 6670 in the computer is being recognized, the computer defaults to using the integrated graphics, seemingly exclusively. I've tried using setting in the AMD control center to force the computer to use the discrete graphics while running CS:GO and other games, but nothing is working. How can I solve this problem, and what's my best option? Should I be uninstalling the integrated graphics drivers, or mess with the BIOS, or what? I've opened up the computer to check for looseness on the card, but it's in there nice and tight. I'm a bit stumped honestly.

Here's the computer specs. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227392

you need to reset the CMOS and the BIOS with the 6670 in the first PCI-Express slot, also you need to connect the monitor to the 6670, not the onboard connector, they are different

My monitor is using a DVI port, not VGA, but yes, it's plugged directly into the card itself, and not the motherboard VGA port. I'll see what I can do about the CMOS and the BIOS, but if neither of those work, how would I go about wiping the integrated graphics drivers?
