Possible CPU Bottleneck??

Am I experiencing a CPU Bottleneck?
GPU: GTX 660 TI
CPU: FX6100 Six Core Processor 3.30ghz
RAM: 2x4GB NB Frequency 2076 MHz - DRAM Frequency 769 Mhz

The reason I ask this because I currently play SWTOR. My framerates that I get when I go into a phase only I can go into I experience 60-100 FPS.
If I end up going into a warzone I then experience 15-25 FPS.

Your system might not be able to handle warzones, but your processor shouldn't be holding your graphics card back. (which is what bottlenecking is.)

So what would I have to do in order to fix this issue? Does my setup look good enough?

I forgot to mention..framerates stay the same regardless of settings that I set. Whether is low, or Very High. Framerates do not change.

It is your CPU holding you back then, not your graphics card. You could buy a cooler and overclock (study how to do this before you do so) or you could upgrade your CPU. Those are the only ways to get better CPU performance, unfortunately.

How long of a process is it to overclock your CPU. I actually used a program called AI Suite II and did the auto tuning and it boosted my CPU to 3.8 but I still don't notice a change. My temperature of my CPU is at 42 while playing games.

Im guessing there won't be much difference but an overclock to 4.5ghz will probably be slightly noticeable. Sounds like that game is just not properly optimized and will not run well with your cpu. It may not run well with any cpu.

you are better off buying a good cooler and overclocking more than buying a new CPU, the best you can get is a FX8350 which I would suspect would perform only marginally better than what you have. If you absolutely need an upgrade, getting an i5 or i7 might be the only thing that would get you some decent improvements. Even if you switch motherboards and get a high end intel cpu, it would probably still lag considering what you are experiencing now. Your CPU is pretty decent now so upgrading will likely give you very minimal improvements.

Unfortunately, I am not familair with overclocking the cpu. Some advice on what to increase would be much appreciated. Thank you everyone for responding so quickly.

You'd want to install a good cooler for overclock. Something cheap like the coolermaster hyper 212+ is good enough for most people. You'd want to overclock in the bios of the motherboard and should stay away from auto overclocking software in windows. You should just slowly raise the base clock up to as high as it will go without crashing on a stress test like Prime95, raise the voltage if you must. There are a lot of guide online on how to overclock a bulldozer cpu like yours.

Yes, overclock in the BIOS. I suggest you read as many reviews of your cpu as you can and see what settings they ended up with when overclocking. You should be able to get a good idea of what you can get then. Overclocking without research can take a long time. Bump clocks, bench, reboot. Bump clocks, bench, reboot. When you hit a wall, then start the process over with the cpu voltage.
