All I did was install a new DVD drive...
Then when starting up it had Verifying DMI pool data" and did no more. After checking with new DVD drive unplugged that it still had the same problem I checked all connections on HDD. I tried a system boot disk but got out of it after it was trying to locate image. On restarting it now said remove pen drive and reboot. I had already removed the system reboot disk; if that's what it means. Help please people I'm lost.
Cheers

Thanks Ubercake

Yes that got rid of that one, now it says "Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk" etc.

I have one but when it looks for an "Image" there's not one on it.

Grateful if you can assist a bit more.

Thanks again

Just to confirm, the system no longer works with the DVD drive unplugged from the SATA ports and the power supply but it worked before you installed the DVD drive? Or are you able to boot with the DVD drive removed?
