HD crash on Dell, no disk

Will / can Dell load 7 on my repaired computer when I'm done? Don't want to waste time on the phone with them if the won't.

if i can read what you wrote properly. are you asking if you put the recoverydis, will it repair your hard disk?,,,, if so .. you can try if it dosent work , two things, either your HDD is dead or errors are occurring...how long have you had the disk for? and what is your spec if you know

Sorry I was not clear. My HD crashed. I have replaced it but my system did not come with a OS disk(7) How do I get it or do the 2 recovery DVD's I made when I bought it have the OS on it? If so how do I install?
