Computer has some freezing spikes

Hi all!

Here's my problem. When i play DotA 2 beta, my new computer has a few insta-freezes and then goes back to normal every 2 minutes.

My speccs are:^

Intel 3570k (no oc stock)
Asus ROG Maximus V Gene
2x Corsair 4Gb DDR3 1600 Vegeance
EvGA GTX660 SC 3Gb Signature 2
Corsair CX600
Intel SSD 330 60Gb SATA 3 (S.O. build inside)
WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM (Steam instaled here).

I tryed updating the drivers of my Geforce , reinstalling both dota and Steam and still had any improve.
I've format my PC yesterday, reinstalled everything and the same problem happens...
Help Plz, ty^^

The spikes happens only on DotA2, but in Far Cry 3 (max res) and WoW (max res) i see a few vertical lines, but otherwise everything works great.
@Ubercake. I have tested it and my problem remains. I've also tryed using only one memory stick each time but no results. I tested the PC with a GF GTX 560 ti 448cores and obtained the sames spikes.
