Hi, I'm building a PC and I have a £450 budget, I will be using it mostly for gaming and some movie editing and stuff.

I have a PC which I'm planning on selling but i wish to keep the Hard Drive and RAM from the computer to put into my new computer. These are the parts I have selected for my new build (the RAM and HDD are to replace the ones in my current PC after i take them out)- http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/JTeZ

If anybody has any suggestions for a better sub £450 please let me know.

Apparently Intel is better for single threaded application but AMD is better for multi threaded applications, so would the intel i5 3470 be better than an fx 8320 if im gaming?

Oh, just noticed the PSU, dump that. Get a quality one. The one i listed is 11 quid more, you will thank me for getting it.

If you're going to xfire youll prob want a slightly bigger PSU, like the XFX 550w

If pure gaming then i5 also for non scaling applications however the fx 8320 is better for certain applications that can use all 8 cores but those are currently far and few between.

ok, i will only crossfire if i really need better gpu, but the 7850 is very good anyway, so i might not need to xfire

The 7850 is a capable GPU, you can always upgrade your PSU at a later date if you decide to get a second GPU. It is only a £13 increase though and would be better.
