Strange thing going on my laptop..

I don't really know how to describe it (plus my English isn't that good) so I took a video of it - http://

Also, on the same time, if I would like to change language I need to press the Ctrl+Alt like 14 times in a row for it to catch (I forgot to show it in the video).

I still have my laptop warranty, but of course that when I sent it to repair, they couldn't find anything.. I tried to reboot, format and re install (from backup)..Nothing changed.

My system is win7 pro sp1

If you need any other info, just let me know..

I couldn't get the video to load right so I only saw a snippet. It looks like your mouse is scrolling down all by itself. Is that right?

Is this a new mouse? Does it still behave like that if you are using the touch pad instead of the external mouse?

but yes, this is one issue that you can see there...I'm not using any mouse on the video, just the touch pad, but it makes no difference, since it's also happening when I do use a mouse.

I'll try to explain anyway..for one example, If I'm clicking on settings menu in Chrome or IE - it won't open, it will disappear (the menu, not the icon). Or, if I just open pdf document and would like to print or to anything that I have menu/list - it won't open it or if it does, it will scroll down to the last line, no matter what I'm trying to choose.

Even when I tried to reboot from back up (install win all over again), the first screen will be the one you need to choose language,region, ect. ,right? so when I'm trying to choose one, I'm ending up with Zimbabwe and there is nothing the I can do, until my laptop decides that it abuse me enough...............
