Will an XFX Radeon HD 6770 fit into my Gateway DX4840-03c tower?

Just wondering if that video card would fit into my PC. Also I only have a 300 watt power supply, so I also need to upgrade that was thinking about this one, here is the link- http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5079834&csid=_61

Would that psu be enough to run that card, or would I need more power.

I'm really liking the look of the hd 7770, and the price. What type of PSU do I need?. Like modular or non-modular, atx form factor ect. I think I need ATX but I am not sure. Also I see the card needs a 6 pin connector. Would It be possible for you to link me a compatible psu under 80 dollars preferably.
