Need help with a gfx card and PSU to complete this build

Not sure on budget but I'm at around $1k right now. It would be nice to keep gfx card under $400. Thanks.

7950 vs 7970, both look good. What would sway me to buy one over the over?

7970 is a performance boost over the 7950, but it costs more.
If you are adept at overclocking, and you get a 7950 with a good cooler (im not sure if that one does) you can overclock it, and get ~ the same performance.

Go for the 7950 and overclock it these are good as well They offer performance that is nearly as good as that of the high-end models, but at a more modest price.
